We have over 25 years of hands-on experience across all areas of pest control. Our company is family-owned and operated by brothers who actively work in the field on every job.
Do you service year-round or only seasonally?
We provide year-round pest control services. Tick and mosquito control are seasonal services, while rodent control and full-service pest management are available throughout the year.

Tick & Mosquito Control Questions
When is tick season on Eastern Long Island?
Tick activity typically increases in early spring and continues through late fall. Peak risk months are usually April through October, depending on weather conditions.
Do you offer seasonal tick spray programs?
Yes. We offer full-season tick spray programs designed to provide consistent protection throughout peak tick season. Full-season contracts receive a 10% discount, which is equivalent to one free spray.
Are your tick and mosquito treatments safe for families and pets?
Our treatments are applied by licensed professionals following all safety guidelines. We take special care to protect families and pets while delivering effective results. Any post-treatment precautions will be clearly communicated after service.
Do you offer organic or all-natural treatments?
We do not rely on organic treatments because they are often ineffective and cannot be warranted. Our priority is delivering proven results that allow us to stand behind our work with a guarantee.
What happens if ticks or mosquitoes return after treatment?
All of our work is guaranteed. If a re-spray is needed, we will return and address the issue according to the terms of your service plan.
Pest Control & Rodent Questions
What types of pests do you treat?
We are a full-service pest control company and treat a wide range of pests, including ants, rodents, termites, bed bugs, cockroaches, spiders, wildlife, mosquitoes, ticks, moles, voles, and more.
Do you handle rodents like mice and rats?
Yes. We provide professional rodent control services focused on elimination, exclusion, and long-term prevention to keep rodents from returning.
Can you service vacation homes or seasonal residences?
Absolutely. Many of our clients own second homes or seasonal properties on the East End. We offer scheduled service plans and detailed reporting so you stay informed even when you are not present.
Service Process & Pricing
How does the service process work?
Once service is completed, our technician documents exactly what was done at your property. A detailed report and invoice are sent immediately so you have full transparency.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We are happy to provide free estimates for our services. Estimates can often be provided over the phone or after a brief property review.
Why are your prices lower than many competitors?
Our pricing is approximately 25% lower on average because we operate with low overhead. We do not sacrifice quality or results. We simply run an efficient, family-owned operation without unnecessary expenses.
Are contracts required?
Some services, such as seasonal tick spray programs, are contract-based to ensure consistent protection. Other services may be provided as one-time treatments or ongoing plans depending on your needs.
